Comvita UMF 18+ Manuka Honey contains pure New Zealand Manuka Honey.

Only some Manuka Honey has the special UMF activity. UMF stands for ‘Unique Manuka Factor’, a measure of the unique type of activity which is naturally present at varying levels in honey made form the nectar of the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium), native to New Zealand.

Directions:
Take 10g (1-2 teaspoonfuls) of ComvitaUMF 18+ Manuka Honey 4 times a day. For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.

Not suitable for children under one year of age.
